Business Partner/Vendor Policy

The Company always respects its commitment and agreement made with its business partner/vendor equally and in the mutual interest of both parties, respecting punctuality as well as all terms and conditions agreed upon in a transaction. Each discrepancy will be resolved by intensive communication and renegotiation.

The Company requires each business partner to have Mining Service Business License (IUJP)/Registration Notification Letter (SKT) from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in accordance with the regulation of Ministry of ESDM Number 24/2012. The Board of Directors will ask Procurement Department to make a list of vendors which will be given to Internal Audit for follow-up.
