1981

Established in 1981 under the name of PT Kurnia Kapuas Utama Glue Industries (KKGI) engaged in wood adhesive production.

1991

The Company performed an Initial Public Offering.

2003

The Company changed its name to PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk and began the diversification process into coal mining industry.

2006

The Company operated 3 (three) mining areas, namely: Gunung Pinang, Simpang Pasir and Bayur.

2008

The Company’s industry classification on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was changed from chemical to coal mining.

2010

Total coal production at Gunung Pinang, Simpang Pasir, Purwajaya, Tanjung Barokah and Tegal Anyar blocks reached 2.2 million MT.

2011

The Company’s total coal production increased further to 4.2 million MT, which is an increase of 91%.

2012

The Company obtained several awards, namely:

- The “Best of the Best” Award from Forbes for the category of “Companies Under a Billion” in Asia Pacific Region.

- The “Top 50 Indonesian Companies” Award from Forbes.

- "The Pratama for Mining Environmental Management" in 2012 Award by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).

2013

- The Company obtained the 2013 Performance Rating Program Award in terms of the Environmental Management in East Kalimantan province.

- The Company, through its subsidiary PT Insani Baraperkasa, received the “Pratama” award for Mining Environmental Management from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

2014

PT Insani Baraperkasa incised achievement of receiving “Utama” Mining Environment Management and “Green” Performance Award in Environmental Management in East Kalimantan Province.

2015

The Company acquired 43% stakes in PT Khatulistiwa Hidro Energi, which enganged in Mini Hydro Power Plant. PT Khatulistiwa Hidro Energi is a holding company of PT Bias Petrasia Persada (BPP) with 99% ownership. On July 9, 2012, BPP and National Electricity Company (PLN) has secured a power purchase agreement of 6,400 kWh in Cicatih, West Java. In addition, BPP currently develops renewable energy business, namely Mini Hydro Energy.
PT Insan Baraperkasa received "Green" Performance Award in Environmental Management in East Kalimantan Province.
The Company received "Pratama" Mining Environment Management Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

2016

The Company established a new subsidiary, namely PT Bumi Hidro Energi engaged in Hydro Power Plant and Mini Hydro Power Plant

PT Insani Baraperkasa was awarded the followings:

a. "Blue Rating" Award of Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management in East Kalimantan Province.

b. Charter Award from Ministry of Finance during the second semester disciplinary week for the period of October 31, 2016 - November 4, 2016.

c. Charter Award from Ministry of Finance in the commemoration of the 64^th International Customs Day.

2017

The Company performed stock split with 1:5 ratio, allowing the Company to record new nominal value of Rp10 and 5 billion outstanding shares.

2018

The Company through its subsidiary, PT Insani Baraperkasa and PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) have signed the agreement of mining contractor service contract.

PT Insani Baraperkasa and Indonesian Government have signed the amendment contract of Work Agreement on Coal Mining Concession (PKP2B) in accordance with Law of Mineral and Coal Number 4 of 2009.

2019

PT Insani Baraperkasa succeeded to maintain certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental
Management System with scope of “Provision of Coal Mining”.

The Company received Commercial Operation Date license of Mini Hydro Power Plant with 2x3.2MV capacity in Cicatih, West Java.

PT Insani Baraperkasa and University of Mulawarman Samarinda signed memorandum of understanding for cooperation in Education, Research,
Consulting Service and Community Development.

2020

Signing of Purchase Deed of 40% shares of the coal transportation port PT Palaran Sinergi Mas (PSM) worth Rp11,353,100,000 in order to support the operations of the Company’s subsidiary, PT Insani Baraperkasa.

2021

The Company signed the purchase agreements of 70% shares
of PT Buton Mineral Indonesia (BMI) and PT Bira Mineral
Nusantara (BMN) with transaction value of Rp175 million
each in order to expand to nickel mining industry.

2022

The Company conducts shares buyback which is carried out within a maximum period of 18 months by
reserving funds of as much as Rp160,000,000,000 or equivalent to USD11,267,606 with an assumed exchange
rate of USD1 = Rp14,200.
